Children/Young Audience, All ages
I once had an extraordinary friend. He is a whale swimming in the sky. His body is radiant, and she has a beautiful and melodious voice. He looks charming in all his oddities. When I was with him, everything felt so exciting and colorful. However, I don't remember when everything changed—the colors and magic faded. I feel like I'm alone in the void. Strange. Why did everything change? Or wait... was I the one who changed?
I See a Whale in the Sky presents an integrated experience of space, senses, and emotions that takes us to a world full of imagination. Different perspectives on experiencing change and separation are presented in a combination of animation and puppet projection, which engages the audience to experience the story as a whole—leaving a peculiar feeling when recalling the beginning of a meeting and the meaning of the journey that has been passed.
