With the help of an older woman who has become his best friend, the child embarks on an imaginary journey that defies the concept of time. The journey allows him to go through life in just one day. Startled by its beauty and fragility, the child finds the Universe of life itself, is cradled by its embrace, and finds the courage to face death.
