Fragile
Description

Target Audience: 6+ years old

Duration: 40 minutes

Synopsis

Fragile is a performance of bodies, shadows, and objects with a puppetry tendency.

Fragile is the story of a white point that emerges, a living being searching for its place, its body, and its path…

A puppeteer manipulates their body, their shadow, and merges with a ball. This ball transforms into an egg, an eye, or even a head… As the character evolves and transforms, the space also changes. And suddenly, a living being takes shape, a plant-like puppet…

Fragile is… The story of a birth… or perhaps rebirths. The light appears in the darkness… A being unfolding in space, searching for its form and its place.

Fragile is curling up, a round shape that walks, a body that encircles itself, a ball that sighs, an arm that rolls, the fingers of a sphere, a circle that blinks, a sphere on legs, a circle that clings, a mouth of hands, a ball crossing its arms. Fragile is a shower of shooting stars, the Big Bang walking, an eclipse in the shape of a fetus, it’s Mars less red and more beautiful. It’s a body that envelops itself, a shape that forms, deforms, and reforms, a head of a ball, a ball of a head, a body of a ball, a ball of a body, a body, a ball…
