Ayam Suwir Sambal Matah is a traditional dish that is usually prepared during major festivities in Bali. However, sometimes it is also cooked on ordinary days. The dish’s characteristics differ from one region to another. Here, I will modify the recipe by using some ingredients from the several places I have visited.
Ingredients
1. Shallots 5 cloves
2. Garlic: 5 cloves
3. Chilli: 5
4. Shrimp paste: 3 ts
5. Lemongrass: 3
6. Torch ginger flower : 1 piece
7. Torch ginger stem: 1 piece
8. Salt
9. Coconut oil
10. Chicken: ½ kg
